Care Guide

Initial shedding is normal; vacuum with suction only to remove loose fibres

Vacuum or brush away excess debris before washing

Machine wash at 30°C on a quick, low-spin cycle inside a cotton pillowcase or wash bag

Do not use biological detergents or fabric conditioner.

Line dry or lay flat; a short 10-minute cool tumble dry can help restore the pile. Never tumble dry on high heat

Reposition during drying to help prevent bumps forming

Do not leave on damp floors or expose to prolonged heat or steam-cleaner contact

For very large rugs, spot clean or use a professional launderette service

Air the floor underneath regularly and ensure both the rug and floor are fully dry before laying down, helping to prevent discolouration on certain flooring types
