Cotton and linen

Most of our fabrics are 100% cotton, 1.6m wide edge to edge with a usable width of about 155cm. Our Deep Grey ticking stripe is colour woven. If you prefer the look of linen, the Olive Linen and Sunflower Linen fabrics are 100% linen and the Lemons Linen is 80% linen and 20% cotton. All three are 290gsm with a usable width of about 142cm.

Designs to choose from

Dog and cat lovers can pick from Woof, Purrfect, Fetch, Doggy Daycare and Labradors & Retrievers. Countryside prints include Hare, Pheasant, Chicken, Lay A Little Egg, Highland Stag and Hedgehogs. For kitchens and garden rooms there are Garden Vegetables, Wild Floral, Vintage Rose and Farm Friends, and coastal homes can choose Coastal Boats, Sea Birds or Lobster. Winter designs include Snowy Village, Snowy Owls, Robin and Holly & Berry.

Curtains, blinds and upholstery

Pattern repeats range from 10cm on Highland Stag to 64cm on designs such as Bees and Woof, so check the repeat when you work out how much to buy. There may be up to a 4cm discrepancy in print alignment, which can cause issues if you use the fabric to make blinds. Woof, Purrfect and Pheasant are suggested for upholstering occasional chairs. Ordering and care

We sell whole metres only and cannot cut half metres. Your fabric is sent as a single length, up to 25 metres on many designs. Cut fabric cannot be returned unless faulty, so order a fabric sample first. Many of our cottons are machine washable at 30 degrees.
