Choosing a personalised cushion
How personalisation works
Pick the cushion you like, then type your name, initials or short message into the personalisation box on the product page. You can use up to 15 characters including spaces, though emojis can't be used. Then choose a lettering colour. Each cushion offers two, chosen to suit the design: Khaki or Rust for Doggy Daycare, Khaki or Red for Autumn Forage and Snowy Village, and Red or Teal for Cosy Christmas. The personalisation cost is shown on each product page. A name or a family surname works well on a cushion that will live on a favourite chair.
Sizes and finishes
The four cushions come in three shapes. The Doggy Daycare Cushion is a rectangle measuring H 35 x W 55cm, in 100% cotton with a piped edge, and is covered in Sophie's hand-drawn dogs. The Autumn Forage Frill Edge Cushion is square, H 45 x W 45cm, in 100% cotton with a delicate frill, showing hand-painted mice, blackberry branches and woodland treasures. The Cosy Christmas and Snowy Village cushions are small rectangles at H 25 x W 40cm, in cotton, which sit neatly in front of larger cushions on a sofa or bed. All four have a duck feather inner.
Christmas cushions
Cosy Christmas features winter scenes with woodland creatures and glowing candlelight, while Snowy Village shows snowy cottages, hares and pheasants. Each cushion takes up to 15 characters including spaces, which is enough for a name, initials or a short message. Emojis can't be used. Once you've typed your text, choose one of the two lettering colours offered for that design, then add the cushion to your basket.
Yes. All four personalised cushions come with a duck feather inner, so they arrive ready to use. The Doggy Daycare cushion has a piped edge and the Autumn Forage cushion has a frilled edge, while the Cosy Christmas and Snowy Village cushions are small rectangles.
Wash only the cover, at 30 degrees, and iron it on a medium heat. Don't tumble dry, dry clean or bleach it. Take the duck feather inner out before washing the cover, and put it back once the cover is completely dry.
As early as you can, since personalised items need a little extra time. This year's Christmas order-by dates will be published in our help centre. Standard delivery aims for 3-6 working days, with Next Day and Saturday delivery available when you order before 12 noon.
