Choosing your bedding set
What's in a set
Every bedding set includes a duvet cover and two pillowcases, or one pillowcase in a single set. Each is available in single, double, king and super king sizes, made from 100% cotton with a 200 thread count. Most have a coordinating reverse, so you can turn the duvet over for a change: stripes on Bees, Coastal Boats, Orchard Birds and Autumn Forage, and gingham on Lemons. The Sheep set is super-soft brushed cotton, with Suffolk and Jacob sheep on oatmeal and a stone stripe reverse.
Pick a design for your room
For a light, white bedroom, look at the Hearts Embroidered Bedding Set, with pastel hearts stitched on a crisp white ground, the Sunflower Embroidered set, or Lemons, with hand-painted citrus on white and a soft yellow gingham reverse. Orchard Birds puts wrens, blackbirds and bullfinches on a crisp white base. For softer colour, Vintage Rose has hand-painted roses in gentle pinks, and Uppingham Mint Stripe keeps things simple. Dog lovers can spot 12 breeds on the Doggy Daycare Bedding Set, from cockapoos to corgis. For winter, Snowy Village shows frosted cottages and woodland animals with a gingham reverse. Pillowcases, throws and cushions
Add a pair of Oxford pillowcases to dress the bed. Most pairs measure H 50 x W 75cm in 100% cotton with a 200 thread count, in designs including Wild Floral, Spring Cottage, Orchard Birds, Lemons and Vintage Rose. The Sheep pillowcases are brushed cotton to match the set. Finish with one of our quilted throws at the foot of the bed, such as Wild Floral, Sunflower or Orchard Birds, and a few cushions in a matching design.
Frequently asked questions
Every bedding set comes in single, double, king and super king. Double, king and super king sets include a duvet cover and two pillowcases. A single set includes a duvet cover and one pillowcase. If you need extra pillowcases, our pairs of Oxford pillowcases measure H 50 x W 75cm.
Wash the sets at 40 degrees and wash dark colours separately. You can tumble dry on a low setting, and they iron most easily whilst damp on a warm setting. Do not bleach or dry clean. The quilted throws are different, washing at 30 degrees with no tumble drying or ironing.
Most of our bedding sets are reversible. The Bees set has contrasting horizontal stripes on the reverse, Sheep has stone stripes on white, and Lemons, Cosy Christmas and Snowy Village have a gingham reverse. The Sunflower Embroidered set isn't listed as reversible, so check each product page.
