Choosing a wool or quilted throw
Wool throws for the sofa
Our wool throws are made from 100% wool and measure H 130 x W 164cm, a good size for draping over a sofa, an armchair or the end of the bed. The Olive and Duck Egg throws have a herringbone pattern. The Bees Wool Throw and the red Robin Wool Throw are reversible with fringe edging, so you get two looks from one throw. The Sheep Wool Throw comes in olive green with Sophie's sheep detail, and the Tartan Wool Throw brings a classic heritage pattern. All of these are dry clean only.
The lambswool throw
If softness matters most, look at the Lambswool Throw in blue. It is made in Scotland from 100% lambswool, which comes from a lamb's first shearing. It is dobby woven, finished with fringe edging and measures L 175 x W 150cm. Lambswool is naturally breathable and helps with temperature regulation, so it works in a living room or bedroom all year. It is dry clean only.
Quilted cotton throws for the bed
Our quilted throws are larger, at L 220 x W 160cm, and made from 100% quilted cotton with hand stitch detailing. Choose from Wild Floral, Sunflower, Orchard Birds and Vintage Rose. Each has Sophie's design on the front and our Stamford Stripe on the reverse, so they layer easily on a bed or sofa. Each comes presented in a pull-string bag, so the Wild Floral Quilted Throw or the Sunflower design makes a thoughtful new home gift.

Frequently asked questions
Our wool throws, including the Olive, Duck Egg, Bees, Robin, Sheep and Tartan designs, are 100% wool and dry clean only. The Lambswool Throw is dry clean only too. If you would rather wash at home, the Sunflower, Orchard Birds and Vintage Rose quilted cotton throws can be machine washed at 30 degrees. Do not tumble dry or iron them.
