Choosing oven gloves
Double oven gloves
Our double oven gloves measure around L 84 x W 18cm and are made from 100% cotton. The reverse of the glove and the inside of each hand pocket have a polyester thermal layer for extra protection, and a loop in the middle lets you hang them up by the cooker. They are the one to reach for when lifting a heavy casserole or roasting tin with both hands. Choose from country designs such as Hare, Pheasant, Highland Stag, Chicken, Sheep and Bees, dog designs Woof, Fetch and Doggy Daycare, or Wild Floral, Garden Vegetables, Hedgehogs and Coastal Boats.
Oven mitts
Our oven mitts measure H 31 x W 17cm, with a soft terry towelling lining and a hanging loop. Several, including Hedgehogs, Woodland Friends, Wild Floral, Garden Vegetables and Tulips, also have a polyester thermal layer. A mitt suits one-handed jobs like moving a baking tray. The Olive and Sunflower mitts are made from linen, and the matching double oven gloves come in linen too.
Pot grabs
Our pot grabs, sometimes called pot holders, are 20 x 20cm squares of 100% cotton with an internal polyester thermal lining. They are handy for lifting pan handles and lids or carrying a hot dish to the table, and come in designs such as Bees, Sheep, Purrfect, Lobster and Fetch.
Care and matching pieces
Our double oven gloves, mitts and pot grabs can all be washed at 30 degrees. Do not tumble dry or dry clean them, and iron gloves and mitts on a medium setting.
