Fruit Chopping Board

A contemporary take on a practical kitchen essential, this chopping board is made of mango wood in the shape of a classic paddle. The board is made from an eco-friendly reused (reclaimed) wood material and is available in a large size. Super sweet fruit designs are etched in a lovely golden colour on the chopping board with a Sophie Allport logo on the reverse. Perfect not only for slicing fresh fruit for cocktails but also for making a statement when serving sweet and savoury foods.

Please note: Oiling the Mango Wood Chopping Board may result in the wood colour differing due to the nature of natural and untreated wood.

Before using the Mango Chopping Board for the 1st time. To protect it's natural resistance to moisture see below.

1. Oil once - with mineral or vegetable oil. 2. Wipe off any surplus oil. 3. Repeat treatment 24 hours later.

Looking after your chopping board - clean your chopping board by wiping it with a wet cloth or scrubbing it with a brush.

Do not allow the chopping board to be in contact with water for a prolonged period of time, to soak or be moist, this can cause the wood to split.

Dry the chopping board carefully but do not use high temperature to speed up the drying process.

To recondition the chopping board, it may be rubbed with sandpaper and re-oiled.

Oil frequently.

Not suitable for microwave ovens, dishwashers or ovens.

Avoid long-term direct contact with sunlight and heating.
