Oilseed Rape British Honey

Smooth and luxurious, our Oilseed Rape British Honey is harvested by hand from our own bees in Lincolnshire and is made by our beloved bees during spring, gathering pollen from early blossoming fruit trees and flowers before they feast on oilseed rape.

Over a period of six days, we gently stir the honey to break down the crystallisation, which creates a very pale and silky smooth set honey with a velvety texture and mild but tasty flavour.
