  • This Christmas will be my first Christmas in 16 years without my very much loved family member my dog Buddy who I lost in September, but I will have a small little buddy that a brought from Sophie Allport Christmas decorations, I just couldn’t believe that it was just like my buddy , looked just like him with the brown markings either side of the head and spot on his back. I wonderful reminder of my best friend. Thank you Sophie

  • We are about to move into our forever home with our 10 month old so it’s all new traditions this year. Although our one tradition we are going to keep is we do have both sides of the family over and we host. I love it.. last year I was 8 months pregnant so it’s got to be easier.. surely?!

  • Our Christmas tree has decorations from my parents first tree, [which was probably about 1945] The original decorations are glass, with one [a lantern] which is actually foil paper, and folds up, the same decorations are used every year, & carefully packed away after Christmas, ready for next year. Its a trip down memory lane every time i dress the tree, and its a very sad day if an ornament accidentally gets broken beyond a delicate repair.

  • Raising a glass to our loved ones no longer with us, ‘watching the fairies dance’ re a warm tablespoon of brandy on top of the (home made) pudding – light with a match…. Everyone tells their silly cracker joke, and perhaps charades, and someone (or maybe two) gets to sit awkwardly as the dog loves laying under the table :) and no one minds🎄✨
