Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier.  Just browse our products, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart.   After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to fulfil the order.

Delivery Policy

It is our aim to deliver to you within 5 working days of the receipt of your order.  In the event that we are unable to achieve this and which will delay your delivery, we will email you with an expected delivery date or the option to cancel your order.

Tax Charges

All prices are inclusive of VAT.

Credit Card Security

Sophie Allport accepts major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Delta through our payment service provider Barclaycard. All credit card details are secured with 128-bit encrypted sessions and all sensitive information is stored on a heavily encrypted database that is protected by multiple government approved firewalls.

Remittance Terms

We accept Visa, Mastercard and all major debit cards.  Regrettably we do not accept American Express. You may send your credit card information via phone, post or over the Internet.

Privacy Policy

Sophie Allport Limited complies with all aspects of the Data Protection Act of 1984 and the new act of 1998 and as such are registered with the Data Protection Commissioner. We do not disclose details of our customers to any third party.

Returns Policy

Sophie Allport Limited maintains a 14 day returns policy.  Should you decide that you are not satisfied with your order, we will accept the return of unwanted goods and will refund the full price (excluding postage charges) as long as they are returned to us within 14 days of delivery and in the original packaging and in resaleable condition.

You are responsible for returning any unwanted goods to us. The item/s must be returned in the condition in which they were received - unworn, unused and in their original packaging. We will not refund any goods that have been worn or arrive back to us in any other condition than in which they were received.

Please remember to include your name, address, telephone number and order number to ensure that your refund is dealt with as quickly as possible.

It is always in the customer's interest to retain proof of postage as they are responsible for the goods until they arrive at Sophie Allport's premises.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Our Responsibility

Sophie Allport Limited cannot be held responsible for any disruptions to our services that are beyond our reasonable control. We will do everything in our power to correct any disruption to our service. We believe that our photographs show our products as accurately as possible, however colours of products supplied may differ slightly in appearance due to the colour representation of each computer monitor. Sophie Allport Limited cannot be held responsible for marginal differences in products supplied.

The original illustrations and designs are all by artist Sophie Allport.  Most of Sophie’s designs are from personal experiences ranging from childhood memories to living in the Country.  We hope you can relate to them and enjoy the results.  

There has to be a serious part......all text, graphics, images, patterns and designs on all Sophie Allport products are protected by copyright, design rights, trade mark rights and other intellectual property rights, which are either owned by Sophie Allport Limited or its partners.
