| Making A Purchase |

| Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our products, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. |

| Delivery Schedule |

| We usually process your order within seven working days. In the event that we have experienced an unusually high demand for an item which delays delivery, we will email you with a revised delivery date or the option to cancel your order. |

| Back Orders |

| If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |

| Tax Charges |

| All prices are inclusive of VAT. Orders made from outside the UK or the European Union, are VAT free. |

| Sophie Allport accepts major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Delta through our payment service provider Barclaycard. All credit card details are secured with 128-bit encrypted sessions and all sensitive information is stored on a heavily encrypted database that is protected by multiple government approved firewalls. |

| We accept Visa, Mastercard and all major debit cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, post or over the Internet. |

| Returns Policy |

| Sophie Allport Limited maintains a seven day returns policy. Should you decide that you are not satisfied with your order, we will accept the return of unwanted goods and will refund the full price (excluding postage charges) as long as they are returned to us within seven days of delivery and in thiee original packaging and in resaleable condition. |

| You are responsible for returning any unwanted goods to us. The item/s must be returned in the condition in which they were received - unworn, unused and in their original packaging. We will not refund any goods that have been worn or arrive back to us in any other condition than in which they were received. |

| Please remember to include your name, address, telephone number and order number to ensure that your refund is dealt with as quickly as possible. |

| It is always in the customer's interest to retain proof of postage as they are responsible for the goods until they arrive at the little dog laughed premises. |

We will do everything in our power to correct any disruption to our service. We believe that our photographs show our products as accurately as possible, however colours of products supplied may differ slightly in appearance due to the colour representation of each computer monitor. Sophie Allport Limited cannot be held responsible for marginal differences in products supplied. |
